It is very boring and monotonous to just sit at one place and work on the computer all day. It’s actually not good for your body or mind. So a short walk around your office from time to time will make you feel better. It will give you the much-needed break from monotony, and will also help the blood circulation in your body.

After all, walking around is an exercise in itself. It is suggested that after every one-and-a-half hours, one should take a walking break. Even a few stretching exercises are recommended. Yoga teachers even suggest some easy deep breathing exercises that one can practise at work.
